1. Q: What's the best way to get the strap off my bottle?
   A: Give one side of the rubber noose a firm tug, then the other. By manipulating and stretching the sides of the holder seperately, it should come off.
2. Q: I'm having a tough time getting the strap off the bottle. What do you recommend?
   A: Simply put your foot in the strap, and pull on the bottle firmly with both hands. It may help to slant the bottle sideways as you do, so that the lip around the bottle comes through the rubber holder at an angle.
